The Bee Academy library contains a selection of reference books, magazines, DVDs and other publications and articles of interest to both the novice and experienced beekeeper alike. They are available to borrow provided that when removing them from the library the issue has been properly recorded in the borrowing records folder.
When borrowing an item from the library :
Locate the unique catalogue number for the item you wish to borrow on the label attached to the publication
Record the following details on the borrowing record sheet in the library borrowing records folder:
Catalogue No. of the item being borrowed.
Your Name (please print).
Title of the publication
Date of borrowing and
Your signature to confirm that you are removing the item from the library.
When Returning the item to the library:
Locate the borrowing record sheet you used when borrowing the item
Add the date you are returning the item and your signature to confirm that you returned it.
Place the book(s) in the Returned Items Box you will find in the Library Area.
